The project proposes two actions: one is the enhancement of the riverside landscape and the other pedestrian resolution of the discontinuity caused by the topographic elevation between Trinity and Taconera.

Regarding the relationship with the environment of the park proposal has several objectives:
- The Trinity Park pedestrian accessibility to the rest of the city.
- The layout of the space as an ecological corridor for wildlife development to strengthen and expand the riparian forest in gallery and woodlot planting in near plots .
- The layout of floor space as a pedestrian walkway slope between neighborhoods to the east and west of area
- Maintaining the memory of the place and the quality of the land through the conservation of transforming agricultural parcel and crop uses
- The provision of leisure facilities linked to the landscape, nature and the river Arga
