In densely populated and contested cities like Dhaka, public spaces are often residual and dominated by traffic. This project carefully examines how to improve conditions to create more livable places within a highly dense and competitive territory, where public investment rarely achieves the creation of public spaces regarded as the most valuable asset for any city. Strategies include maximizing local potential, enhancing connectivity, and integrating nature into urban environments. Sustainable development focuses on urban greening and the optimization of energy, water, and waste systems to minimize impacts and promote long-term viability.
