The Metropolitan Forest is a green belt surrounding Madrid, forming a continuous ecological corridor to mitigate climate change. It restores degraded spaces, increases forestation, and provides universal public access. In the south, the "Southern Spring" project reconnects pedestrian paths, promotes biodiversity, and converts mobility infrastructure into ecological corridors. Aligned with the 2030 Agenda, it reimagines Madrid as a steward of water and nature, promoting healthy lifestyles.
